Refund Policy

 

Warranty Refunds/ Returns
Game On Mandurah will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

Change of Mind Refunds
Game On Mandurah will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. You must also present a copy of the receipt (If you gave your details at the check out we may be able to retrieve a copy of your receipt, please contact us via email admin@gameonmandurah.com for help with this process).
You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods that are deemed as product failure, not as a direct result of misuse.
